1. A Good Chair matters

A good office chair provides lumbar and pelvic support which results in your back muscles being less stressed. With that, comes better posture, better breathing, and less fatigue. So do yourself a deed and give your work chair a good hard look and see how it measures up. All the features of an ergonomic chair are adjustable to acclimatize different activities you may perform at your work desk. It also has a swivel feature that enables you to move around swiftly without having to get up from the seat or without the need to extend and strain yourself.
